epicfail EPIC FAIL MEDAL - Achieved by submitting and having published a true Epic Fail moment for the week. Also earned by creating a memorable "WTF!" moment for your team.
i.e. Blowing up your entire team with a grenade/rocket/whatever.
pictureperfect PICTURE PERFECT AWARD - Achieved by having your picture submission voted as the Pic O' the Week.
kamikaze KAMIKAZE AWARD - Achieved by eliminating your opponents by dying near them, usually via a grenade; or by tagging your own teammate with a plasma grenade and allowing their death to be worthwhile.
ihazsword I HAZ SWORD MEDAL - Earned by taking the time and effort to actually achieve all 1000 gamerpoints in Halo 3. Must also proudly wear Katana body piece whenever in battle. Also, not required, but highly recommended, relentlessly mock and foil morons that ask for help to attain an achievement. AKA: CHEATORZ
tkft TKFT (TEAM KILLING FUCK-TARD) AWARD - Earned essentially by becoming a burden upon the team. Most times, this award is highlighted by the opposing players referring to you as their "MVP" in a team match. You can earn this coveted medal by constantly killing your team mates over the course of several matches raising everyone's ire. Or by eliminating your entire team single-handedly via bad luck and/or missle placement.
angryball ANGRY LITTLE BALL OF HATE AWARD - Awarded to the most angry person of the month, who has shown so much aggression and Wrath towards his opponents that it makes his teammates laugh uncomfortably, and slowly lower the volume on their headsets. Not to be confused with Loudest Moron Award (not a real award).

VULTURE - For the most kill steals of the month. Theres no way to really track it other then by in game chatter. If anyone stands out the most for stealing kills from their teammates, they will receive this coveted award.

(nothing wrong with kill stealing, especially in team slayer, its just funny)
garypayton GARY PAYTON AWARD - For the true team player. Your K/D ratio may suck total balls, but at least your innumerable assists help everyone else out.

DIIASPRN (Dude Im in a Strange Place Right Now) - Awarded to the clan mate who finds the strange need to play a game so obscure and out there, especially when his team is on, that others cant help but question his sanity.

(good games like GoW2, COD, Fable, and the like are exempt. games like Katamari, SIMS Busting Out, or Barbie's Barn Horseriding Adventure are all subject to ridicule)
